In the plunger diaphragm metering pump, the hollow plunger is driven by the drive gear 2 to move back and forth, and the metering diaphragm is driven by the hydraulic oil in the hollow plunger. The hollow plunger has a specially designed adjusting space, so that the hydraulic oil inside and outside the plunger is the same. The plunger is covered with an adjustable slip ring for closing and adjusting the space. When the adjusting hole is closed, the plunger pushes hydraulic oil to drive the metering diaphragm. In each stroke, the amount of hydraulic oil pushed by the plunger to drive the metering diaphragm is exactly equal to the amount of metering medium.

1. Do not damage the sealing surface or the sealing line of the sealing surface. Therefore, special protection and care are needed during transportation, installation and storage. Once damaged, it will leave a great hidden danger to the sealing parts; 2. Pay attention to the balance and symmetry during the installation. Place the seal close to the effective sealing surface (or lip line). After the system is put into use, it is necessary to do a good job of further observation and aftercare of the fastening seal to prevent the collapse of the system caused by micro leakage due to the change of working conditions (such as pressurization). 3. Do not force the installation of varem metering pump, and do not be rude during construction. The forced loading of large action will inevitably destroy the original prefabricated structure of the seal, just like breaking and filling the prefabricated concrete to the required position, which will inevitably lead to disaster.
